Grandiose and majestically luminous, a supernova is formed when a star explodes. Its brilliance may be even more intense than that of the galaxy. Such a phenomenon is believed by some to have given birth to our solar system, five billion years ago. The new collection from L'Duchen is dedicated to this grand mystery of the universe. The watch depicts fascinating three-dimensional stars on its dial, while the helicoidal décor symbolises the birth of a star. Its functions are driven by a mechanical automatic movement of which the balance is revealed through an aperture at 6 o'clock.
